SRI LANKA.
Sri Lanka is an emerging destination for filming, and was closed off for many filmmakers during its 30 year war which ended in 2009. Since the end of the war, the country has opened its doors to filmmakers, inviting creators to discover exotic tropical destinations that include stunning golden beaches, lush rainforests, beautiful waterfalls, and misty mountains. Sri Lanka also possesses modern filming facilities including a Telecine Village which includes sound stages and outdoor sets, as well as a wide range of studio facilities and experienced production personnel for filmmakers to utilize in their productions.
